Hugo Chavez-Smith

Hugo Chavez-Smith is a Chilean record collector residing in England. He is the proprietor of the Magic Mixture record shop (inside London's Balham market), and owner of the Tangerine record label. He has acted as producer & engineer on Sun Dial recordings. After coming across the demo tape for Other Way Out, he encouraged Gary Ramon to finish the album and released it on Tangerine in 1990; it has since become a classic in its genre.
