Writer, producer and engineer. In the main a deep house, progressive breaks, drum & bass producer. Partnered with Mark Conn in 1996 to launch All Or Nothing Records Ltd in Manchester, UK. Under the guise of SHE the pair (Conn/Spence) produced and remixed a variety of artists from the Manchester scene.
