Kâshif Kroch'

Kâshif Kroche was born in Lyon (France) in a musicians family. Records collector, he started to make music in 1998 with a G-Funk group from his neighborhood called ''Funky Drive'' (1998-2005). When the group split up, he created the label R.$.J.Recordz in 2008 and "The Funky Drive Band" with his friend Bumpy T.T., a Boogie/Funk band. In the band he is the manager, one of the producers and songwriters, a keyboard and a percussions player. Kâshif Kroche produced and composed the first album of the band "Dance Or Die". In 2016 with his wife, the singer Hadi-A Hadi-O, they opened a record shop in the old town of Lyon called "The Sounds Of Music", specialized in groovy music (Funk/Soul/Hip Hop/New Jack/Jazz Fusion/Afro...). With Bumpy T.T. they made "The Funky Drive Radio Show" and "The Sounds Of Music Radio Show" on LYL Radio. Bumpy is the voice and Kâshif the Deejay (DJ Double K) Kâshif organized differents events in his town "Funkylozophy Events" (Funkylozophy Mix-Party / Moonlight Boogie...) with DJ sets and concerts with Modern Funk artists (such as Sven Atterton, Beverly Girl, XL Middleton, Moniquea, Eddy Funkster, Ameega, The Groove Association...) and old school artists (like Ago, Junior (2), Second Image)... He also worked on some artworks for artists like Grand Slam, HB Concept, Bones Jones, June Evans, Imaa...
