Argentine rockabilly band. Originally formed as a trio in 1985, with Aldo McCrina (guitar and vocals), Rony Bar (bass) and Loquillo (drums), they incorporated Danny Somers in saxophone in 1986. Mundi Epifanio, manager of V8 and Los Violadores, offered a record deal and thus came the first album in 1987, which includedl "Frívola, Frívola", a song that received radio airplay. With more than 300 live performances, the band decided to break up in the summer of 1993 (McCrina died in 1996). Pelvis were eventually re-activated in the 2000s and are still active, with their "Rendezvous" album released in 2022.
