Jackey Yoshikawa And His Blue Comets

Japanese "Group Sounds" band founded in 1957. In 1966 their "Blue Eyes" had some international releases and in 1967 "Blue Chateau" became their biggest hit (possibly a million seller and also performed on their "Ed Sullivan's Show" appearance in 1968). Their most successful line-up was disbanded in 1972 and next year they had some personnel changes.
