Richard Longfellow

Dick Longfellow is a Vermont-based music producer and entrepreneur. Starting in 1970, operating out of Northfield, Vermont, Longfellow began his career at the age of 27, establishing Green Mountain Records - a folk label that persisted for a decade from 1970 to the early 1980s. By 1983, Green Mountain Records was closed and Longfellow moved onto his next venture. Joining with disc jockey Russ Kinsley, Longfellow co-founded and provided the financial backing to launch the radio station, 106.7 WIZN (106.7MHz FM) - "The Wizard" (or "Wizard New England"). Originally broadcast from the historic Stevens House in Vergennes, WIZN today broadcasts from Charlotte, VT. Dick is married to Ann Longfellow.
