Paul Stewart (born May 13, 1908, Manhattan, New York, USA - died February 17, 1986, Los Angeles, California, USA ) was an American character actor known for his tough, guttural voice. He participated in the notorious 1938 radio broadcast of "The War of the Worlds." Stewart was married to big band singer/actress Peg LaCentra.
