Alberto Bimboni

American musician & composer. b. Florence, Italy 24 Aug. 1882. Came to the U.S. as conductor for Henry W. Savage's road company of Puccini's "Girl of the Golden West" in 1911. Became a U.S. citizen in 1918. Music teacher at Curtis Institute of Philadelphia from 1930 and Juilliard School of Music from 1933.
