Still Crossed

American hardcore band from Cincinnati, Ohio. Formed under the name Against (11) in March 2003 and recorded a demo that spring, which lead to being signed to Indecision Records in May 2003. In June 2003, the band changed name to Still Crossed due to another hardcore band also named Against (5) from Australia. Still Crossed recorded its full-length album "Love And Betrayal" in July 2003, which was released after some delay in January 2004. By that time, founding band member Rich Thurston had been replaced by Jon Willwerth (the switch happened in November 2003) and the band began touring the US to promote the album. In the summer of 2004, the band recorded songs for a split 7" with the Australian band Against, but it was never released. For the band's last tour in September-October 2004, Mark Choiniere replaced Willwerth on guitar. The band broke up upon returning home from this tour.
