Dilip Kumar

Indian film actor, producer, screenwriter, and activist, born 11 December 1922 in Peshawar, former British India, died 7 July 2021 in Mumbai, India. Best known for his work in Hindi cinema, also named the "Tragedy King" and "The First Khan", he is credited with bringing realism to film acting since his first film which was released in 1944. Kumar starred in his last film in 1998 and then moved into politics. In 2020 he was added in the Guinness Book of World Records for having a record-breaking number of best actor awards.
