The choir also recorded and released their own album Discovery: Live at the Pavilion, Dublin, which features music from all over the world and in many different languages. Their music and message has brought the choir to many incredible places such as the RDS for the 50th International Eucharistic Congress 2012, Lansdowne Road for the singing of the Ireland versus South Africa National Anthems, Croke Park and the Aviva Stadium. Discovery has also performed in the O2, Point Theatre, National Concert Hall, Vicar Street and at the Meteor Music Awards, Electric Picnic, Festival of World Cultures Dun Laoghaire, DLR Fusion, MAMA Awards and Africa Day in Iveagh Gardens, IFSC and Dublin Castle. Notably Discovery lives out its message of ‘Discover beauty in everyone’ by performing in diverse locations such as Mountjoy Prison, the Stormont Parliament in Belfast and Mosney Accommodation Centre for asylum seekers, campaigning for issues around reconciliation, integration and justice. The choir also runs a successful community project, which sees Discovery inspiring schools and community groups in the values of inter-culturalism. They are resident every third Saturday of the month for community events in their home in Cathal Brugha St. The choir also performs at weddings and special ceremonies, where their message adds a distinctive quality. In a new, multicultural Ireland, this exceptional group of 30 singers and musicians from 16 countries, spanning 4 continents, brings to life a vision of hope for this nation.
