All Concerned

The group name "All Concerned" is very broad, so it is very unclear exactly how "All Concerned" should be defined. The real (artists) names for “All Concerned” are unknown, although it has been used primarily as a "producer" credit by Echo & The Bunnymen during the recording of the album and singles from Ocean Rain. Should this mean that all of the members of Echo & The Bunnymen (during the recording of Ocean Rain) are to be considered under the group name “All Concerned” or should it also include all of the individuals that were involved with Ocean Rain during the time that it was being produced? It is very difficult to determine the true meaning and use for "All Concerned" since the term is so broad and unfortunately not explained anywhere. One other known production credit for "All Concerned" is given to The Lightning Seeds on a track called To Love Somebody that appears on a 717416. The connection between these bands is Ian Broudie who has also produced several songs for Echo & The Bunnymen in the past. These artists are currently the only ones that are credited with "All Concerned". Any future credits to other artists, that are not related to the artists mentioned, should be credited separately, for example "All Concerned (2)", and so on.
