Marge Simpson

Matriarchal main character in the US TV series The Simpsons, originally voiced by Julie Kavner. Her German voice was supplied by Elisabeth Volkmann (until she died in 2006), with Anke Engelke taking over. Wife of Homer Simpson and has three children Bart Simpson (2), Lisa Simpson and Maggie Simpson. Fun facts: In 2009, Ms. Simpson became the first animated character to appear on the cover of Playboy Magazine, and was obsessed with Ringo Starr in her teenage years.
