Focus 23 (based in Canada) started doing stuff on December 25th of 1993 and continue to do stuff. Primary themes that run through the projects include perspective, perception, and dissonance/harmony, although this is sometimes obfuscated within the actual delivery. Material is sometimes released in "strange" and frustrating ways.
