Moonblood was formed in Germany in February 1994 by Gaamalzagoth (vocals) and Occulta Mors (all instruments). The band has released a wealth of demos and their first full-length album, "Blut und Krieg", was released in 1996. A couple of splits and more demos followed and in 2000 the second album, "Taste Our German Steel", was released. The band at this time was already defunct (1999). Please note, that everything released on CD by other label than Misanthropia Discos is a bootleg. Until 2014 which has the first official CD release compiling "Blut & Krieg" with the tracks featured on the split with Deathspell Omega. The CD is released on Gaamalzagoth's label Misanthrophia Discos. The only real and official demo tape is the "The Winter Falls Over The Land" tape which was released in 333 units by Gospel Of The Witches Productions in 1995. Everything else can be seen as a rehearsal tape (Siegfried, Nosferatu...) or as (split)tape album (Fuck Peace, Dusk...).
