Joe Overholt

Recording studio equipment manufacturer based in Nashville, Tennessee. Joe was the owner of EL Tech, which made studio hardware, and later, President of Direct-Disk Labs. He later founded the Shop At Home Network in the mid-1980s, a syndicated TV channel that was an early competitor to QVC.
