Robson Nascimento was born into a religious family linked to music. His mother, Léa Gomes, is a pianist and teacher at the Franz Liszt Musical Conservatory in São Paulo and his father, Pedro do Nascimento, was involved in samba roots. Robson Nascimento grew up listening to soul music and converted to Protestantism at the Pedra Viva Church, in São Paulo. His first success was the duet with Aline Barros, "Sonda-me (Psalm 139)", recorded live and published in 1997 in the collection "Comunhão e Adoração II". At that time, he formed the choir Just Sing Choir with students from his mother's conservatory - where he was a teacher - and recorded the CDs "Ele Virá" and "Tome a Dedições". After receiving an invitation from Fábio Jr.] team, he followed his work as a backing vocalist. He then continued this trajectory in the Chitãozinho & Xororó] band. In 2003 he decided to dedicate himself exclusively to working in the evangelical world as a musician and producer. In addition to a collection of hits, he released his first solo work in 2005 - "Tudo que Soul". Signed by the record label Line Records, he received a Latin Grammy nomination in 2006 for the best gospel music CD in the Portuguese language. Robson Nascimento was also a pastor at Igreja Novo Tempo and in 2007 he became pastor at the head of Igreja Deus é Bom and returned with music to completely independent production. In 2008, Robson Nascimento released the CD "Falando Dele", the DVD "Jeremias 42" and in 2009 the live CD "Rumo à Igreja Primitiva" (Robson Nascimento & Igreja Deus é Bom). In 2022, he released the samba-rock album Rock Samba Santo.
