Chivon Dean

Music manager, executive, A&R and producer from the Bronx, New York. Dean is currently the president and CEO of Motown Records. She is also the co-founder of the Ruff Ryders, alongside her younger brothers, Darrin Dean and Joaquin "Waah" Dean. Dean is also the aunt of Swizz Beatz.
