American tenor saxophonist Bord 22 February 1915 in San Antonio, Texas Died January 1969 in Kansas City, Missouri After studying at the Vocational College in Topeka, Kansas, he returned to Kasas City, where he formed an own band. In 1935 he worked with Tommy Douglas, again with his own band. He worked with Harlan Leonard until early 1942.
