James T. Mckay was best known as the founding member and instigator of The Cosmic Dead. Rallying various musicians and artists to jam with, he has also been known for leading outfits under the names Acid Cannibals, Skullwizard, Eierball, Beardstroker, 4 inches ov 4skin, Flaccid Maus, Honky Bong, 1 tr00 fire pitt, Special Weeds, Vanilla in the Piss, Glitterbang Sound System, Enjoyable Moment Soundsystem, Chipslot, Flesh is Fleische, Boaby Supper Calamity Thrill, Falafel Death Squad and many more. Performed drag and cabaret under the name Drone Rivers. Has been known to play in an eclectic range of bands not necessarily founded by him, including Thisclose, Los Tentakills, Steiner Musk. He also made up one half of the Stirlingshire drone/noise duo The Radiation Line. reported to have died 2022.
