Ricardo Bonadio (June 21, 1969) is a producer, composer, musician, music entrepreneur, presenter. Experienced professional of the Brazilian phonographic market has in its curriculum the discovery of great names of the music and the production of artists of expressive sales as Mamonas Assassinas, Charlie Brown Jr., Tihuana, CPM22, Los Hermanos, Ultraje a Rigor, Planta & Raiz, Luiza Possi, Rouge, Br'oz, IRA !, NX Zero, Fresno, Titãs, Mr. Catra, Biel, Sérgio Reis, Roberta Miranda among others. He was general director of Virgin Records Brasil from January 1997 to April 2001, being responsible for the areas: Artistic / National Marketing and International Marketing, where he directed the development, in Brazil, of artists such as Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, Britney Spears , Manu Chao, Lenny Kravitz, The Rolling Stones. He left Virgin with the aim of dedicating himself to record production and managing artists. He created the label Arsenal Music and the company Arsenal Eventos, sold the label to Universal Music and today runs his new label Midas Music and its production and recording studio, Midas Studios in São Paulo, today one of the largest recording studios in Latin America. On TV, he commanded the painting “Look at my band” at Caldeirão do Huck on TV Globo, and created the first reality show inside a recording studio: Fábrica de Estrelas, which aired on Multishow in 2013. Once the girls were chosen, at the end of the program they formed the GIRLS group. As a composer, he reached the first place in the collection of copyrights according to ECAD in the second half of 2007 and to this day he is among the top 10 on the list. In 2016, the year in which he completed a 30-year career, he was invited to be the producer judge of the television project X-Factor, co-produced by Band, TNT and FremantleMedia and released his biography, written in partnership with music journalist Luiz Cesar Pimentel . At the end of 2018, two artists released their albums on the market, produced by Rick Bonadio: Vitor Kley, with the CD “Adrenalizou” and De Maria, with the EP of the same name. And it was with De Maria that Rick Bonadio debuted as clip director of the song Ela, released in March 2019.
