Prince Tallis

Only info I ever found are from the liner notes of a re-release CD of the song "Decent Citizen" [[r1582291]]: "Prince Talis was an obscure figure from Port Maria who mostly made his living playing for tourists. He was a slim fellow who died sometime ago." On that release the credit is listed as "Prince and The Seraphim". The song was in fact released as "Prince And The Weapon". Any additional information would be appreciated!
