Leonid Afremov

Israeli painter of Belarusian origin. His paintings often represent landscapes, cities or people in very bright colors. He uses oil paint and paints with a knife. Afremov graduated from the Vitebsk art school, founded by Chagall in 1921. He moved to Israel in 1990. Born: July 12, 1955 in Vitebsk, Belarus Died: August 19, 2019 in Playa del Carmen, Mexique
