Photographer originally from Hamburg, Germany but now based in New York. Berry Behrendt, born in Hamburg, Germany, started his career as a photographer after touring and recording as a musician in Europe for several years. He quickly received assignments to shoot fashion and beauty spreads for well-known European and American magazines, including German Vogue, Soma, Vibe, Essence, LX Magazine, Sunday Telegraph Magazine and has also profiled former music industry colleagues including Missy Elliott, Jay Z, Kanye West, Moby, Busta Rhymes, Bootsy Collins. He has lived and worked in New York City since 2001.
