Spanish singer and composer (b. 1958). One of the members of La Cochu collective, drawing comics. Founder of "Vº Congreso" in 1982, after two releases they split-up. In the late 80's he re-appeared as "El Mecánico del Swing" with an ethnic-pop, world music new style.
