Don Lee (25 August, 1941 to 8 December, 1995) was a country singer and guitarist who recorded during the 1960s and 1970s. He was also song writer, producer. He had a hit of his own on the country charts with "16 Lovin' Ounces to the Pound". He also co-wrote a song "Is this All there Is to a Honky Tonk" that became a hit for Jerry Naylor. ---------------------- History ---------------------- During the 1960s, he had one album, I Love You So Much It Hurts And Other Country And Western Favorites released under the pseudonym of Terry Lee. It was released on Crown Records CLP 5558 (mono) and Crown CST 558 (stereo) circa 1968. Lee had another release on the label in 1969 with True Grit (And Other Pop Country Favorites) which was credited to his own name. He also had another release around that time on Crown's sister label, Custom Records with Dreams Of The Everyday Housewife Custom Records CS 1126 . In later years he recorded the album Keepin' it Country.
