Swedish singer, born January 21, 1937 in Sundbyberg. She studied at Konstfack and became a drawing teacher in 1959. In the late 1960s, she started Sweden's first parent-run daycare center in a demolition apartment on Mariaberget in Stockholm, a business that received international attention. She appeared as a singer at Vispråmen Storken during the 1960s and at the Visfestivalen in Västervik in 1969 and 1970. She also participated in the Alternative Festival arranged by the prog movement in March 1975 and at the Women's Culture Festival in Stockholm in October 1977. She was involved in starting Folkkulturcentrum at Skeppsholmen, which later moved to Hjorthagen. 2009-2015 she ran Vildrosfestivalen in Horndal. Söderberg is perhaps best known for his singing of the song Kata Dalström with lyrics by Bo Granhammar. She has been a source of inspiration for, among others, Jan Hammarlund.
