The Jumpers (8)

Ska / Reggae band from Adelaide 1979-82 They had one song called "1966" released in 1980 on Community Radio station "5MMM's Compilation Album of Adelaide Bands 1980," The song was also released on the first "Ska Skank Down Under" compilation but the band was called The Jake Jumpers. The band added Collette Snowden on saxophone and Cathy Tune on vocals and recorded an EP - Galimatias Amoreux in 1980. An additional saxophone player, Ngaire Naffine, also joined the lineup to pump up the horn section. Drummer Dave Lennon later played with Club Ska, Strange Tenants, and the Allniters.
