'Late in 1970, Junior Boudreaux, Mickey Rouse, Bill Swicegood, and drummer Coy Fuller began rehearsing a set of Swicegood cast-offs, amongst them “Live My Life Today” and “It Makes You Feel So Bad.” Boudreaux brought a real Cajun swagger to these southern blues rock numbers, and the whole crew was hopeful that they would catch attention at a major concern. Slapping the fake band name Insight Out on the tape box, they mailed the studio's dream to a recently made contact at Atlantic Records. Atlantic passed.'
