F.O.A.D. (2)

Tokyo-based band formed by Max (ex-Ghoul) around 1985, active until 199x. They played hardcore/metal-punk and speed metal (early) ~ heavy metal/hard rock (later). Their first 7" was planned to be released by ADK Records according to one of the label's last ads but it never came out. F.O.A.D. had former members of various bands including Ghoul, Mobs, Zadkiel, The Comes, The Stalin, Masturbation, Geizz, etc. Prolific and now well-known rock/punk drummer and actor Tatsuya Nakamura, best known as a member of Blankey Jet City, was in F.O.A.D. during the '80s. They played a one-time only reunion show for the guitarist Max's birthday in 2009 featuring Tatsuya Nakamura and Kenichi Asai.
