Photographer born in London, England, where he worked as a professional photographer for 35 years. His early career was spent largely in the rock 'n' roll arena, photographing the likes of Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Jerry Lee Lewis - as well as documenting the fledgling careers of such up-and-coming artistes as Elton John, David Bowie and Rod Stewart.
