The Calliope

Late 1960's psychedelic project from Short Hills, NJ. They released two known singles, all songs are credited to James Bentley (4). All members were from Millburn High, class of 68. Drummer Richard Hughes then worked on several Johnny Winter's LPs. Should not be confused with The Calliope (2) from Santa Barbara who recorded for Epic and Shamley, or Calliope (2) from Seattle who released an album called "Steamed" on Buddah.
