Ruut

Ruut is a Finnish born singer/songwriter, currently residing in Baltimore, MD, USA. Ruut is the daughter of composer/filmmaker Tuomas Sallinen and was born in Kuopio but spent most of her childhood in Helsinki. When she was 12-year old the family moved to Budapest. Ruut grew up living and traveling in Europe, until moving to the States at age 16.
