Som Triturador

Death metal/grindcore band from Loures, Portugal. No longer active. Biography: "Som Triturador was the first Portuguese noise core band and they were formed in the first of January of ninety one (1-1-1991) by "Professor Dilacerante Entoabdominal" (guitar vocals) and "João" (drums), both bounded by blood. Their first appearence on stage was on the fifteenth of June of the same year (15-6-1991). On the third day of the following month (3-7-1997) they changed their style to grind core, with some touches of noise core and death metal. On the eighteenth of October "João" leaft the band and Pedro took his place, after a short time "Professor Dilacerante Entoabdominal" decided that the new drummer wasn't good enough and kicked him out, so, "João" re-joined the band. After that, a bass player was recruted - "Professora de Limoses e Ductus Linfáticos" - although being on the band she never plays live with the band due to some technical problems. On the fourth of July of ninety three (4-7-1993) they recorded their first demo called "Herpético" and on the late March of ninety four they were offered a deal by Dark Records, which they accepted."
