Marguerite Murcier

b.: May 04, 1905 (Nancy, France) d.: May 07, 1961 (Paris, France) French musician, singer and actress. She led a choir which accompanied Edith Piaf, and which featured in the film adaptation of Ofenbach's Les Bavards. She was the widow of Robert Murcier (married 1933-1941). She married Henri Saysset after the war in 1946, and remained married to him until her death.
