John Olson (3)

Photographer for Life magazine 1968 to 1972; known for combat photography of Vietnam war and later, pop musicians/filmmakers.. In 1968 he was awarded the 'Robert Capa Gold Medal' for this work, for his "exceptional courage and initiative". His company, 3DPhotoworks, created three-dimensional versions of artworks and photographs that blind people can appreciate through touch and also through sound clips that activate when fingers pass over them.
