Joan Ingoldsby Brown

Born in Boston, Ma., (March 2, 1932 - died March 24, 2012) and lived in Englewood New Jersey. Graduated Dwight Morrow High School, attained a degree in Graphic Design from the Cooper Union School of Art, in Manhattan, NY. Traveled throughout Europe's Art and Architectural Worlds, drove herself out to California in a broken-down '42 Ford. While working in the engine development section of Douglas Aircraft Co., flew with former test pilots in L-3's, L-5's and DC-3's, from S.Monica to Edwards Air Force Base, on data-reduction trips before telemetry, during the development of Jet Plane.
