Cream (2) in his late teens in the late 1950's he played with traditional dixieland bands as Bob Wallis And His Storyville Jazzmen and Terry Lightfoot's Jazzmen Note: Unless clearly credited otherwise, his writing credits are those of Peter Baker (8), usually just "Baker", which is not his performing persona "Ginger Baker".
