Phil Bailey (5)

Radio host and jazz scholar from Bath, Maine (USA). Died 29 January 2002 at age 60. He was classical music director for and host of "Jazz Today" on WFPL and later WFPK in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a founding member of the Louisville Jazz Society. He also played the piano, bass and trumpet.
