Rudy Penando

Rudy "Rudee" Penando is a French graphic designer and fanzine editor based in French Flanders, France (near the Belgian border). He worked closely on several layouts for Belgian record label Genet Records in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He also published the fanzines European Manhood, Straight Outta DK and The Union. He has resided in Mons En Baroeul, Marcq-en-Baroeul and Grande-Synthe. He is currently living in London, England.
