Mona is a Swedish country and former dance band singer, guitarist and songwriter, born 9 August 1956 in Halmstad. She previously sang with Leif Bloms, but when that dance band was closed down on December 31, 1995, she formed another dance band, Mona G:s Orkester which ended in January 2009, when she went on to sing country.
