Chris Hutchins

UK based music journalist, editor, writer and biographer who also had a career in public relations. Hutchins worked for the NME in the 1960s before starting his own PR company in 1966. His clients included Tom Jones, Bee Gees, Status Quo, The Moody Blues, Procol Harum and Eric Clapton. He had returned to writing by the early 1980s. NB. Wikipedia seems to suggest his PR company was called Management Agency & Music (MAM). However, this company seems to have been run by Gordon Mills, Tom Jones manager and is still active. Hutchins is not listed as ever being a director.
