An accomplished violist, Jon studied at the London College of Music, then at the Royal College of Music before joining the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. In 2001, he left the BSO to form the Bronte String Quartet before going on to join The Badke Quartet in April 2009, replacing Matthew Jones.
