Amber Anderson

Amber Anderson, also known as the artist “Serenity”, is a singer songwriter who burst into the electronic dance limelight in 2006 with her single “Higher Ground.” She followed with a string of hits including “Sapphira”, “Disguised Reality”, and “Rain”. Amber writes all of her own songs but has successfully co-written lyrics for numerous hit dance tracks as well. Amber won American Idol Underground with her song Sapphira in 2008. In 2011, she was presented with the top 40 achievement award for her track “Crossfire” via Ourstage- a partner with MTV. Her recent collaboration with Shawn Davis, a cover of “I Need A Hero,” won the top 10 achievement award and placed 3rd ahead of hundreds of entries via Ourstage.
