Italian choir founded in 1949 as Coro Susat by Professor Aldo Lunelli. in 1953 it changed its name to "Dolomiti". Professor Aldo Lunelli, who with great tenacity managed to amalgamate a group of young people passionate about choral singing. The traditional songs of the mountain are the first public performances, but with the passage of time, a personal interpretative taste and a peculiar choice of repertoire were arrived at, which immediately aroused the interest of the critics and above all of the public. . In more than sixty years of activity the "Dolomiti" has performed over 1600 concerts in Italy and in Europe, some of which are real gems in the activity of the choir. Those performed in the Grand Hall of the Deutsches Musem in Munich, in the Philharmonie in Berlin, in the Mozarteum in Salzburg, in the Burgtheater in Vienna, in the Teatro Reina Victoria in San Sebastian, deserve to be particularly mentioned for their importance. in Piazza S. Pietro in Rome in the presence of Pope John Paul II, in the Quirinale in front of the then President of the Republic Carlo Azeglio Ciampi and in Montecitorio on the occasion of the "Christmas Concert". Numerous engagements in concerts, reviews and participations in Italy, in Trentino and Trento cities. An important trip to Lima in Peru (year 2005) for participation in the "1st Festival Internacional de Coros" should be noted. On the same occasion the singers reached the famous Inca city of Machu Picchu (Old Mountain).
