Band emerged in Avilés (Asturias, Spain) in the late 80s, specifically in 1987. Its members defined their music as: neither folk, nor Celtic, nor rock, nor with any label other than that of Asturian. His career lasted eight years of concerts, records of all sizes, a cassette that was sold with a special issue of the local newspaper La Voz De Avilés. Also prizes in contests inside and outside Asturias ... and controversies between purists, music lovers and revelers who, really, gave much to talk about. Then Ixuxú disappeared from the circuit of folk and verbenas nights.
