Mario Daboub

Bassist, born in San Salvador, El Salvador in 1941. His family moved to Dallas, Texas in 1945. Daboub was a founding member of rock and roll band The Nightcaps, active from the late 1950s into the 1960s. He went on to work as a teacher, counselor, college administrator, writer, woodworker, as well as playing flamenco guitar. Daboub died in Dallas on September 10, 2015.
