Miodrag Bole Bošković was born on November 9, 1962, in Titograd (today’s Podgorica), Montenegro, Yugoslavia, where he finished primary and secondary school, as well as the faculty, obtaining the title of bachelor’s in electrical engineering and later the title of bachelor in management (informatics major). He has been involved in music from his early years. Later, through various forms, he was also working with different types of video production (documentaries, art landing, landscape movies). A dozen years he worked as a Music Editor of Montenegro Radio Television (Radio i Televizija Crne Gore – RTCG). Then he worked as a Chief Music Editor and a Technical Director of Podgorica based Radio Antena M and for a short period as a Director of this Radio. After that he was a director of Montena Production in Podgorica. During his stay in England (where he performed on music scenes in Manchester, London, Sheffield and Aston) he also worked as a guest Music and Film Producer at RTV PICCADILY 103, the largest private Radio-TV station in Manchester. After returning to Podgorica, he was an Editor-in-Chief of RTV ELMAG for less than three years, and then an Editor of the Science - Documentary Office of NTV Montena. For short period, he also performed the function of an Editor of the Entertainment and Music Newsroom of the Third Channel of TVCG. He participated in the creation of technical designing, assembly of equipment, opening, and creation of the complete program scheme of a newspaper agency and several Montenegrin radio and television stations (Radio Antena M, Radio Montena, Second Program of Radio Montenegro, Night Program of Radio Montenegro, Radio Ozon Kolašin, TV Montena, TV Elmag, TV Sky Sat, TV Budva, TV MTS, Third Channel of TV Montenegro, ...). During his multi-decade career, he is also the author of various music television serials („Radio County“, „Whole Lotta Love“, "Rock Me Baby", "Fiesta", "Love You Live", "Musical Earthquake", "Montenegro Music Scene") and a documentary program ("Cultural Panel", "Music Postcards of Montenegro - Nuovo", "Unbreakable", etc.). He is the author of the music and music video for the composition "Good Morning Montenegro", which was the opening and closing theme of the morning program of TV Montenegro for years, and based on which the title of the Morning program has remained to this day. He is a participant of many international TV and film festivals (Workshop Sarajevo TV festival, Prix Europe Berlin, Rotterdam TV Festival, Manchester Art, Belgrade Underwater Films Festival, Jahorina Fest, ...). He owns the audio-visual studio "NIGHT ROSE OF MONTENEGRO", where all his films and compositions were created. His hobby is making, collecting and restoring guitars. For the decades of his film and music work, he is the recipient of several significant national and international awards ("Montefon" - award for the promotion of film and instrumental music in Montenegro, "RTVCG Annual Award" for musical creativity, "KUD Stanko Dragojević Honorary Plaque" for the international presentation of Montenegro culture, the Annual Award of the Association of Composers of Montenegro "Ilija Lakešić", the award for special film vision "Jahorina Fest - 2014", the first award at the international Belgrade Underwater Films Festival 2016, etc. He was elected as an honorary member of the Italian “Accademia Archeologica Italiana" (Aqula - Italy) in the field of art - film and music, for the regular member of Doclea Academy of Science and Art (Dukljanska akademija nauke i umjetnosti – DANU), for the first honorary member of the "British-Montenegrin Friendship Association" from London, the honorary member of the Montenegrin association Perper from Leipzig, etc. Bosković was one of the founders and a long-term member of the Board of Directors of the "St. Petar Cetinjski" Foundation and member of the "Council of the Movement for the Independence of Montenegro". He has published over thirty independent releases, CDs of instrumental ambient music (“Night Rose of Montenegro”, “Mountain of Montenegrins”, “Lacus Labeatis”, “Profile”, “Durmitor”, “Doclea and Other Stories”, documentary musical films (“Music Postcards”, “Music Postcards of Montenegro – New”, “Throne Stone From”, “Tsar of Heroes”, “Lacus Labeatis”, “A Peaceful Haven for Your Soul”, etc), documentary films (“History of the Montenegro Judiciary”, “Barice”, serial “Unbreakable”, “Stories of Green Side”, “I Maria Gabriela, granddaughter of the queen Jelena of Savoya”, “Lacus Labeatis in Memorias”, etc) Four film projects by Miodrag Bole Bošković, as well as one DVD release, were declared "of special interest for Montenegrin culture and art" by the Opinion of the Ministry of Culture No. 03-1519/2, dated 1st December 2013. Bole Bošković's music and films have so far been broadcasted on television and radio programs, as well as through other electronic media in more than 27 countries of the world (ENGLAND, RUSSIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, SPAIN, BELGIUM, AUSTRIA, SWEDEN, U.S.A., ARGENTINA, ISRAEL, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, etc.). Bošković points out: "My music and my films are just my vision of Montenegro, its history, traditions, people, events, and I would be happy if in that way, at least in a part, I showed its beauty, which for me is unfathomable. If I succeeded in that, the credit goes to Montenegro, and if I didn't, don't be too harsh on me. The intentions were extremely sincere".
