Виктор Забелышинский

Soviet amateur poet. He graduated from the mechanical faculty of the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering (Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering) and worked all his life in a design bureau. However, he never stopped writing poetry, including humoresques, sketches, parodies, literary almanacs and collections of tourist songs of the 60s. He was the author of the libretto of one of the operettas.
