Uh was an Indianapolis based punk band, comprised of members from In The Face Of War, Away with Vega, Rodeo Ruby Love, The Ataris, and Osteoferocious. Members Ben Sutton and Jake Dwiggins came together to create the band in 2016. Shortly after, Kyle Kammeyer, Erik Fox, and Stephen Ruby joined in to complete the line up. Uh began writing and playing shows in the spring of 2016 and released their first single - The Stinger - on Record Store Day in April, 2017. The only physical copy of this song was released by Luna Record Store on Record Store Day on a 10”, lathe cut record, limited to 20 copies. It featured the song “The Stinger” on one side, while the opposite side was screen printed to feature the band’s logo. In the following weeks, the band began recording for their first full length record, which was recorded in April of 2017 by Carl Byers of Clandestine Arts Recording. The record was released on October 13th, 2017, in time for Uh’s final show.
